That first picture made me :lol:  Sometimes you have to find ways to make it work.  Plants are looking pretty good and that's all that matters.  Do you know what strain this is?

in one of the pics it looks like you were using some glass for the soil container. If so you might want to wrap it in something opaque.  Roots need the darkness.

what do you mean by regular?? like regular house lights ??? make sure you have more 2700k CFLs during flowering..
