it depends on how far along it is in flowering I suppose. I would honestly just leave it be personally, but if it just started flowering like 4 days ago you might be okay

If the plant isn't root bound then leave it.

I transplanted mine two days ago after about 3 weeks of flowering. I haven't seen any stress on her. I just separated the unwanted soil, picked up the plant with its root ball and placed it into my new pot.

well of course it's possible, but without a control plant we'll never really be able to if it impacted overall yield

I mean, i guess it's possible that it's a recessive gene in the plant.  But 2 months until it kicks in seems like a long time.  My AF plants started budding in 20 days.
