should i continue tying down?

I am finishing my 3rd week of flowering, and buds and pistils are sprouting from every node looking very delicious. I have been tying my plants down their whole lives.
Should i keep tying down the main stems as they continue to grow buds and elongate during flowering? Or will tying down only interfere with bud growth from this point on?

Keep tying them down if you're wanting an even canopy.

What is your setup? Lights?

Grow Room: 4'x 2'x 2' Lighting: 400w HPS in a HydroFarm ballast/hood. Ventilation: Dayton blower (273 cfm); Air cooled hood (78 cfm); and a passive intake. Soil/Nutrients: Foxfarm Ocean Forest potting soil (great stuff!!!); Espoma Blood meal for vegging; Foxfarm Tiger Bloom for flowering.
I only have 2 plants in the grow box now, the picture has 4 plants (2 male). Sorry, I wasn't sure how to flip them

Well with the canopy, of course the idea is to have an even canopy and therefore even distribution to the top of it and to the buds that grow. It would seem your on the right track to achieve that.
Will it increase your yield? I would think what you have done up to this point, LST has already increased your yield, but not sure if you continue to try and LST as it buds, rather just let it bud as you have it now and all the canopy tops will produce buds and have a good shared access to the light which we hope would be set to the optimal distance to your canopy.
Pics look great though, good looking plants imho

If you have an even canopy, it allows you to bring the light closer to all bud-sites, without damaging bud-sites that would have otherwise been too tall. Light closer to your flowers could potentially increase your yield. So yes, keep training them.

yeah that was an old photo...next time I will def bring the lamp closer while they are smaller during veg though that is a good idea. Right now my HPS is about 16" inches above the canopy of my flowering plants.
