Well I was talking merely the physical harm that comes with cigarettes compared to opiate addiction. Cigs harm you from a direct result of inhaling smoke. Opiates harm you from the indirect effects of the addiction.

I've had a few friends quite opiates w/ benzos (xanax) because it's nearly the same high.
Now they are huge benzo junkies.

Seeing as benzos don't give me any enjoyable high and I'm using them only for the first week for anxiety and so I dont have to go 7 nights without sleep I'm not going to be addicted to benzos. Oh yea big deal I'm using a benzo for a week to help get over a habit for the withdrawals unlike you who admits to taking suboxone because you are to weak to quit opiates on your own. Don't be such a hypocrite. Once I'm done with these xanax there are no more to be had since it was a one time deal that I found someone who had them while you will be taking suboxone probably for the rest of your addicted life. Fail

Good luck P-Griff. Ignore the haters. I would just use weed not other drugs to get off the addictive stuff. I would think that your habits have shaped you into needing an addiction, and weed is a relatively cheap and harmless addiction.
