it really depends on how big you want the plant to get. one of those is good for a plant about 6" tall, but I grew a plant only about 18" tall and used about 10 of those bulbs. the more light you have, the better your quality and yield will be
You are on the right track. You are using the right kelvin scale for each phase but you def. need more light during flowering than during veg. Get a couple more of those 2700K for the flower. Keep them only a few inches from the plant.
