Are you growing from seed or clones?
Seed
2. How old are your plants?
About 3 to 3 1/2 months
3. How tall are your plants?
1 1/2 foot
4. What size containers are they planted in?
4 in growers pot
5. What is your soil mix?
Miracle Grow
6. How often do you water and what type of water do you use?
one to two times a day watering lightly each time
7. What is the pH of your water?
dont know
8. What kind of fertilizer do you use and what is its NPK ratio?
I just began using some flowering fertilizer with very low N and K high P
9. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything?
No
10. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights")
CFL's 2 100watt equivalants
11. How close are your lights to the plants?
6 inches
12. What size is your grow space in square feet?
It's pretty open
13. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space?
78 degrees not very humid
14. What is the pH of the soil?
Dont know
15. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space?
No
16. How much experience do you have growing?
Had one outdoor grow, this is more of an experiment with CFL's anyway

Here are some pics of my experiment plant. Was just wondering if the drooping and yellowing and dying of bigger leaves was do to flowering or something else. If anyone can see how I could make this plant healthier I'de appreciate it. Thanks

Looks like nitrogen def to me...

Check your ph cuz it could be causing some lock out.

Ph of soil and water is a must do!

here is a quote from a similar post.

Pending the info on what growing method you're using(looks like hydro in hydroton), it sounds like you are watering too much, but I'd expect droopy leaves from that, and that "eagle claw" look is generally a sign of pH issues.
Is this a new strain for you?
My best guess based on the dying tips of the leaves, the lime green color, and the claw is that you have a nitrogen lockout due to low pH.
Best uptake of N in hydro grows is around 5.8, and make sure you've calibrated your pH tester.

looks like over watering to me and a N deficieancy caused by ph problems or lack of N in your Nutrient mix. As the plants are still in early flowering, they still need a decent amount of N. N doesnt need to be dropped or lowered till you are generally a month or so into flowering. Also keep in mind that stress and deficiencys lead to a longer flower time being needed.

Alright I'm gonna chill out on the watering however if I do that how can I add any more nutrients?

Do you know how to flush a plant? If not search or ask. Do you feed every time you water? or on a schedule like feed, water, water, feed?

Yeah I'm feeding it now every time I water, however this started before I was feeding everyday. I believe flushing is when you just use normal water on the plant in order to "flush" the extra nutes out? Please correct me if Im wrong.

you are probly way over feeding your plant and should flush. Wait till the soil dries up and is ready to be watered.(should only water when the plant needs it, not daily). Then flush the soil with 3x its amount in water(1 gallon pot, 3 gallons of water). Then I feed with half strength nutrients. Than let the plant sit and do not feed or water until the soil dries out. You should feed on a schedule like feed, water, wate feed, and it your plants are starved for food change to feed. water, feed. and you shouldnt feed or water until the soil has dried each time because the roots need a period where the soil is dry enough for them to get oxygen or they will rot and your plant may die. Over watering and feeding always cause harder to fix problems than under watering and feeding. and all water and food should be ph adjusted.
