I discredited dubstep and pushed it aside for my love of hardstyle. Now that its growing on me; they are still gods to me. Its like saying Tiesto's old and souldnt be played. Or Kernkraft... but you know zombie nation is still played its ass off... talk about old shit no?
That and im partial to my music. Its certain basslines or melodies that just stick with me. Thats why Sick as Sin is the tits to me. Its so heavy, so in her face; but stil has the whistles and bells to make it pop out to me.
Not sayin newer shit sucks; but it'll prolly kind of have to grow on me. Only things like Night; 26 Basslines; Sick as sin grab me and suck me in... plus i aint been to the clubs for a min so im kinda out of it...
Idk; guess its just the DJ in me... I play what i like... not the crowd. Even tho it is for them really... but its kinda like Technoboy's Oh My God...

i get what you're saying. for me its more about how fat a bass you can get, how cool of a lead you can come up with, and how you structure it and pull it all together.

Rusko was in town this wkend and after waiting 2 hours in line I decided not to go in because there was less than 15 min of the set left. It sounded ok from outside 0_o
