The same reason all haters hate anything. Hate comes from ones own personal problems with life. Their frustrations with their own short comings in life, low self esteem, being a loser and knowing it etc... For many when they speak with hate it is a way of externalizing those things. No need to hate the haters. Pity them. Then ignore the shit out of them.
