That egg in a basket makes me think of another fav. French Toast. You can add in cinnamon or other if ya like but the basic recipe is 1/4 cup milk per egg mixed well. soak bread slices in that and fry in butter. Pour on your favorite pancake syrup and enjoy.

i'm very picky about my eggs, i won't eat them unless the yolk is completely cooked (i HATE runny yolk), but i love eggs. not my mom's scrambled eggs though, gross. the cafeteria at my college made the most amazing egg sandwiches. mmmmmm....
