When it comes to technology I always buy instore, I just wait until I can find a good deal. It is much easier to deal with a corporate store/ retailer than trying to deal with a website

I never return shit anyway mostly. I use it, repair it, part it, explore it or, blow it the fuck up. lol I get mine out of it one way or another.

Im not sure if you guys remember but I had computer problems with my original HP for a year, just minor problems but it was getting annoying. I called HP and bitched them out until they sent me a brand new laptop right to my specifications for no charge to me at all, and sent me an extra battery for it
now that's what I call customer service

No shit? That's service. I'm on a pretty nice HP 17" laptop now. I'll have to remember that if I ever have a problem. Had it a year or so I think. No problems so far. Nice comp imo.
