like the place im moving into soon, a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom is 650, a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom is 770.

Yeah. I have a room in a 2bd/1ba and its 885 (inc. Utilities). Pricey, but right downtown and on the beach.

Yeah. The beach is across the street.

The main street in town is a block and a half.

I have two glass shops within 5 blocks of me.

Work is a 10 min walk.

Two pointbreaks within a 15 minute walk.

Grocery store 4 blocks.

Farmer's market 4 blocks.

Gamestop 7 blocks.

Surfshops everywhere.

Couple skate stores.

Snowboard store.

Countless retail stores.

Oh, and school is like 3 blocks and then a 2 minute walk up a path to campus. 'Bout 5 minutes.

I'd way rather have snow than the rain up there. 35 and raining. Sucks everytime.

Ha for sure. But at least it snows somewhat frequently there.

In Seattle and Portland, it just gets really fucking cold, and just rains. For days. And days.

Couple years back when I was still living in Seattle, 28 days straight of measurable rain.
