yeah I am getting quite a bit stronger, havent noticed me putting on much weight but I sure I am
I was finally able to bench press 135, 2 times. Not that you care but its a good sign for me that my work is paying off

That was a few months ago when i would lift daily. Havent been to the gym that much anymore.

I'm really nice when I say I bench 135, I grip the bar super super wide so theres next to no tricep work... I started doing 135 super setting with incline dumb bell presses @ 45-50lb really wide with lots of reps too. I can dumbbell press 120's and I'm the only person at my gym who isn't damn near 300lbs and roided out who can do that ^_^
I can 5rep set 270lb, 315 2-3 times, 350+ absolute max. Decline bench I do 450lb max (all I can stack on the decline at the gym)
220 for my incline for 5rep sets, never tested max but I should be able to do 315 once or twice... I do a lot of incline benching so it's comparable to the rest.
My squats and deadlift sets really depend on the day and I usually go easy because my back is prone to injury. My rows and lat pulls are pretty beastly I don't go for any max lifts but perfect form I interval train with rows and can row 200lb to my chest with perfect form, I got a ton of different lat excersizes but don't really test for max lifts with that.

for anyone trying to get higher bench lifts id suggest doing super wide chest excersizes then hitting triceps seperately.
I was stuck at 300max for a long time and now I'm approaching 5rep setting that.

I just maxed out today at 145, but weighed myself and I lost weight and im down to 127lbs.
135 x 3
115 x 6
95 x 15 on bench
but I also do lat pull downs, buttflies, curls, situps, neck rolls, leg extensions, and leg press

240lb (weighhed in at 238 today) 6'4
I do tons of excersizes since I've got my personal trainer for each gym session (not cheap  ...)
chest = 4-5 sets of flat bench bar presses and incline dumbbell lifts, butterfly's, decline bench (only sometimes), sometimes a rowing excersize, and I do triceps the day I do chest too which involves 3-5 different excersizes I don't know what all of them are called I use a cable machine similar to what ud do lat pull downs on without a seat and pull weight infront of me so my back is to the padding. I pick up a dumbbell with both my palms and lift it above my head from behind, I do tricep extentions and skullcrushers... weight, reps, sets, and number of excersizes vary on my preformance and w.e my trainer tells me to do.
For biceps I usually pair with back or shoulders and I do curls, reverse curls, a stationary machine excersize where u put your elbow into your stomach and turn sideways and hold your bicep and it really isolates the bicep, and another stationary with a rope piece where you pull up the rope and turn your thumbs out which is also really good IMO. My 5set of for curls is about 80lb max single rep is 140. That has seriously shot up so fast since i got my personal trainer.. my old max for 5 reps was like 50ish a few months ago and was at 45-50 for YEARS.

I have already seen huge changes in strength from not even being able to get 135 to now benching it 3x and maxed at 145

never come riding in So-cal lol. I live right next to what is called pacific coast highway. Speed limit is 50 but people act like its a freeway and go 60+. Then there is the ocean so people are distracted as all hell, and in many parts there are parked cars so there is little to no shoulder. Despite all this its extremely popular for cyclists and these guys will pull into a car lane without even looking behind them.
