Just use those 4' Flourescent Grow Bulbs/Lighting fixtures that you can buy at your local Wal-Mart, Lowes, Home Depot, etc.. and a couple of the Compact Flourescent bulbs (The weird looking white light ones that you put in lamps and stuff) for the Vegetative Stage.
For Flowering, I've had the best results with using a 600-1000 watt High Pressure Sodium Lamp (HPS Lamp).
