Oh, absolutely I agree. But I think you have to give places like pismo and SLO central cali labelings. Point conception is the official start of so cal IMO. Norcal starts at the oregon border and ends in San Fran, Santa Cruz / monterey or point conception, depending on whom you talk to.

not sure how you're doing your math. but according to these prices 25 dollars gets you 3.5 grams of weed, or 5 grams of hash.

Technically true, but everywhere you could be in Antarctica is governed of some other country- USA, Denmark, Chile, Australia, Russia (did I miss anybody?). You could walk 500 miles into the nothingness and get high... but you could do that right here in the US too.
