In Arcata, where I live in Cali, pot is the economy.
It's not really even frowned on. Everyone has thier
215 cards, so it's all legal. The Feds normally
respect our passionate use laws, so I'd say it's all
gravy as far as ganja goes here.

Here's my break-down of the State of California:
All of SoCal sucks horribly, with the
exception of San Louis Obispo.
Now NorCal on the other and is hella tight.
San Francisco's Haight St. and
Golden Gate park is off the hook.
Arcata, Madd River, Trinnidad, and Mckinleyville
are pretty tight in Humbolt County.
In Mendocino County the best places are
Laytenville, Hopland, and of course
Willits (Home of the Proto Pipe).

I believe the law in the Netherlands regarding marijuana
is that, you're only allowed 5 grams, and within the confinement
of an approved establishment, i.e. coffee shop.
Therefor it's tolerated, as bananatelephone stated.

That's the going rate in Redwood Park up in Arcata.
Although, I've got friends who tell me it's
even cheaper in the Ft. Bragg area of Mendo.

Pounds usually go for $2000 in Arcata or $140/zip. 1/8ths cost $20-$25.
1/4's go for $40 for the most part.

But saying all SoCal sucks but SLO? SLO isnt even so cal (IMO)! But it is tight nonetheless.

I believe Bangladesh is the only country, where pot is legal.
There are no laws regarding pot there.
