hey me and a good friend of mine have a plant now that is undoubtivly satva and has purple hairs and purple lines on the branches i was hopeing that someone may have some idea of what strain this may be (i understasnd that this may be impossibal to do) but if you have any idea let me know because i thought that only indica could turn purple in a colder climate,

ok well i also just foundout that my definition of sativa my be incorrect so the plant has dark green leafs with long skiny and jagged leafs the plant itsself is shorter (2-3 feet) and very bushy like.

There's absolutely no way of knowing which specific strain it is without any clues as to where the genetics actually came from. It is possible to tell how indica or sativa dominant the plant may be, and it could be possible to narrow it down a little bit more to a general family of strains (for instance, a Haze or an afghani), but for all practical purposes, it just isn't possible. If the leaflets are long and skinny and more deeply serrated (jagged), its definitely sativa dominant.
Is it growing indoors or outdoors, and how old is it?

its an outdoors plant and im not really sure how old it is off hand but it is well into its budding season.
