 diy aeroponic veg system

Hi Ive been looking at trying aeroponics to do a grow and have looked at the diy veg system but can someone tell me how you can regulate the water and nutrient depth and ppm with the veg unit secured on the top of the resrvior? Also I assume the reservior would be filled from the the veg unit through the drain hole. I also realize there is a valve to extract the water but the other im not sure about. Thanks in advance for any replies.

Well for starters, you should build the system so you have access to the the res.
For all the reasons you mentioned, and to be able to change out and clean sprayers. They are going to clog and need attention.

Thanks for your input, yes I dont have an issue with the sprayers being replaced ,its just the reservior on the bottom of the veg container as in the tutorial here that Im not sure about. I have seen this concept done by others as well on sites but the access to the bottom reservior has me wondering how its done when all pipes are glued which makes it a fixed unit. Also how would the reserior be cleaned without dimantling pipes to separate the two vessels?
