ok folks I am trying to cut my 2 pack a day habit and move onto e cigs. I just got an ego c4 and checked out some juices but the price was a turn off so I bought the items to make my own juice. I got
100mg/ml Unflavored Nicotine base (says contains 10% nicotine) 30ml size
Flavor: Menthol size 30ml Flavor: Virginia tobacco
and 16oz of vegetable Glycerin
I also have 30 and 50ml bottles to make my juice in.
Do any of you have a good recipe to make menthol type e juice? Or any other types of recipes I can try. I just don't want to kill myself mixing the wrong amounts. Any tips or hints would be great. also what is your experience with e cigs? Have you quit regular smokes?

I have tried the ecig thing. Me and my wife got the volt e cigs from altsmoke.com. It worked for a minute for me, but I couldn't hit the damn thing without coughing and after a few hours I got a killer headache. Maybe too much nicotine, but it said 10mg. My wife liked it, but she just put it down and went back to smoking. Camel Menthols are our brand.
I quit for about 5 months when I used the patches. The first two days were a bitch, but it was mostly just not having anything to do with my hands. Kept myself extremely busy and got a lot of shit done outside and around the house.lol. I hate that I picked the habit back up again. Gonna try to quit again soon.....not really looking forward to it, but damn its an expensive habit.
I spent ~$150 on 2 battery's, a tank w/3 wicks, five 10ml bottles of juice @ 36mg nic, and 10 extra wicks for my friend. He said he won't need to get more juice till summer.
