So I'm trying out coco coir in a recirculating drip system. What would be a good ratio of coco to perlite? I was thinking 1 part coco and 3 part perlite.

I've seen people do a lot of different ratios, everyone has their opinion on what works best. Some 75-25 percent perlite to coco, some do all coco. Start experimenting and see what happens.

Yeah that's what I've seen too - I haven't come across a grow log where someone is using coco in a recirculating system. I've only found vague comments about that.
Perlite is fantastic on its own, so I think I'm just going to do 3:1 perl coco and see.

You shouldn't have any issues honestly other than lines clugging and keeping the res, and pump filter clean.
I use coco for my seedlings and veg room, and I've never used perlite. Coco doesn't need any real help holding moisture, so I've never seen the need for it. So I doubt the ratio will hurt you either way you go.
