Soil Growers:
1. Are you growing from seed or clones? Growing clones, cut from a seed lol
2. How old are your plants? cuttings taken when mother was 10 weeks old
3. How tall are your plants? 3 nodes, average clone size
4. What size containers are they planted in? those wierd expandable peat pellets
5. What is your soil mix? pure coco coir i believe is whats in those bad boys
6. How often do you water and what type of water do you use and how much you give per watering?I havent eeded to water because they are in a humidity dome with 80% humidity which keeps the media quite moist
7. What is the pH of your water? 7
8. What kind of fertilizer do you use and what is its NPK ratio?non
9. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything?no
10. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? 28 watts of LED for cloning, I have 250w of CFL available if that would be better...
11. How close are your lights to the plants? 6 inches
12. What size is your grow space in square feet? 3sqft
13. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space? Thermo is broken, id guess its about 80* and roughly 80-90% humidity
14. What is the pH of the soil? its coir
15. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space?non
16. How much experience do you have growing? 5 years outdoor/1 year indoor

Ok so they look green and healthy at the tips but lower leaves are yellowing. they were cut and planted using powder quick root 12 days ago. Today I pulled one out and it looks like shit, absolutely no root growth at all after 12 days. WTF?

They can take awhile sometimes.  Especially if you conditions aren't 100 percent ideal, some strains take longer than others as well.

Not peat pucks don't have coco coir, they have peat, hence the name.  Not my favorite way to clone, rock wool or plugs work way better IMO.

And pulling them out is the worst thing you can do, as long as they're not drooping over, leave em.  They're starting to yellow because the plants are starting to suck nutrients out of the leaves, and use them to develop roots.

What did it look like was it all brown and dead? I think that when clone start rooting or have roots that they use up some of the nut in the leafs I cut and look crappy I guess you could say just look for knew growth and check the bottoms for roots. Did you use a heat pad or no?

Here are a couple I just took

Well it looks like coco coir when I tear em apart, I just call em peat pucks cuz I grew up hearing it. They were bought in bulk without a label so they could be peat pucks they could be coco pucks, dunno, also didnt buy them myself, girlfriend got em.

I realize pulling it out is a terrible idea. I was interested to see what was going on in there and I could afford to loose one so I made the sacrifice. They are pretty perky still, just yellowing, so

youre probly right. Ill wait it out I suppose. Thanks dude.

Yes when I pulled it out it looked kinda shitty. Was kinda brown, kinda chalked it up to be dirt stain at the time.. Didnt look to be concerning though I didnt think.. I Absolutely am using a heatpad.

Make sure that the pucks aren't getting too hot.
