You really need to get some books man. Specifically this one
If your in North America, you missed the outdoor season. Were more than welcome to help with specific questions, but you need to do a lot of research for yourself.

Yep, just do some reasearch.
It really depends where you are in the world too.
Eg. South Australia is just getting good for outdoor

It really sounds like you haven't done much research. I'm totally willing to help ya out, but the questions you are asking, is very basic stuff that is covered even if you only do a small amount of research.
