Safe to smoke marijuana after adding a sulfur based fungicide?
    #628718 - 06/21/12 08:41 AM (11 years, 9 months ago)

There are some signs that there may be a fungal infection in my plants,

the lower leaves turn yellow and fall off, some of the edges turn yellow,

a tip of one has completely dried out...........

and plus (they have very little light) but I think their growth is also stunted by the fungus (I donno though)

A:  Any other possibilities before I add a 90% sulfur/10% "other" mix to distilled water and feed the plants?

B:  Is it safe to smoke the plants after adding this shit ... it says fungicide on the bottle and I know fungicides are particularly dangerous to humans.

C: Besides a Ph imbalance what's the worst side effect if the plants are NOT infected with a fungus?

Adding sulfur systemically will not kill fungus on you plant.  But it sounds like you have a nitrogen def., not a fungus infection.

They're shouldn't be a pH imbalance.  You are supposed to use pH up or down to correct this before you feed/water your plant.

What do you mean I am supposed to use pH up or down to correct this before you feed/water your plant?  And boy I wish I was nodding too homie.

I have leaves that are curling up and twisting though doesn't that mean Nitrogen OD?

You didn't say twisting or curling in you first post.  You said that you had the lower leaves turning yellow.

You don't adjust the pH of the water you give your plants?

Ooops i didn't?  fuck I must have been in a hurry or something

Do you think I can chalk a llllllll of this crap up to a simple pH problem!?  boy do I feel stupid......

yeah i have some curling and twisting on the mother sativa, one leave on a branch I'd like to use later as a clone (should I clip it off?)

some of the tips get yellow dry and then "crisp off"

BTW all of these problems are happening to my supposed Sativa plant...

the tiny indices look healthy other than some tiny yellow spots that don't appear to be growing or doing anything,

Some of the Sativas top (BIG) fan leaves are turning bait yellow on the insides but not the edges.......

yeesh, you should be Dr.Hawk by now
