I just finished making myself some scrambled egg whites with tuna, rock salt, mustard seed, pepper, a seasoning mix and some garlic oil.
It smells divine and should give me a good amount of protein, I don't have a camera with me, but it's not much to luck at anyways.
What are YOU eating?

I ended up drinking wine and smoking hash all day. Hash + wine = 
But now I'm eating the stir fry I got last night but was too drunk to eat. Win!
