This is my first grow and I have a few unhealthy looking plants.. I'm wondering if this is some kind of deficiency or a pest/fungi problem.. Only 2 of the 6 plants look like this
Soil Growers:
1. Are you growing from seed or clones? Seed
2. How old are your plants? 5 weeks
3. How tall are your plants? 12-14 in
4. What size containers are they planted in? 3.5 Gallon
5. What is your soil mix? Roots Organic
6. How often do you water and what type of water do you use? Every 2-3 Days/Distilled
7. What is the pH of your water? 6.8-7
8. What kind of fertilizer do you use and what is its NPK ratio? Roots Organic BubbaGrow
9. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything? Water
10. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights") 1000W MH
11. How close are your lights to the plants? 18 in.
12. What size is your grow space in square feet? 20.25 4.5x4.5x7
13. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space? 80-85 50%
14. What is the pH of the soil? 6.5-7
15. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space? No
16. How much experience do you have growing? Very little

it doesn't look as bad in the pictures as it does in person... i'll try to get some better pictures tonight

Over fertilization. You need to flush the pots with a minimum of 14 gallons of pH balanced water.

I would move away from Roots nutrient solutions too. I personally don't like them and having worked in the industry where they are from they did some very fucked up things to some large quantity buyers from them.
