Would this LED light be suitable for growing?

It will work but it kinda defeats the purpose. The only reason the Red-Blue led growlights are more efficient is bc a much larger portion of the light emitted is absorbed by the plant bc of the wavelengths that they emit light at. LED lights are actually less efficient that HIDs and even CFLs...but when the plant absorbs nearly every lumen of light that is emitted...one can use much less lumens and therefore much less total electricity. If you are emitting white light that emits the whole visible spectrum then its just a much less efficient MH or CFL bulb.

But to answer your question, yes you can grow with them...its just not practical. I hope this helps :whoo: Peace and Love ^_^

Wrong forum man, but from the little i know i do not think that LED would be the best to use.
