Jagged white lines and burnt baby leaf tips

i have jagged white lines on my big leaves and my baby leaves have burnt tips what can cause this ive never seen it b4

Hey J-Moe:
Check under Doctors Diagnosis they have some great pics of nutrient deficiencies. If you can post some pictures of your plants that would be helpful too.
