of a converation. it began with relating to a friend a conversation with some jehova's witnesses this afternoon. one lady brought up the analogy of a diamond within a pile of cubic zirconium in relation to finding complete truth.

Today

once you have that diamond there is no longer any reason to search through the pile because you've found the diamond
but then
you didn't place that diamond there
for all you know there could be dozens more diamonds in that pile
and youll never know unless you keep searching

exactly man. its the same reason everytime i think ive found what im looking for i keep searching. its hard to settle for truth. i spent 17 years in a southern baptist church thinking i had it.
