Ok, I'm going to skip the diagnosis, since I consider myself to be unqualified. But, I will give you some treatement tips. Spray with a complete organic nutrient, such as fox farm green, in conjunction with epsom salts. Do this daily, twice if you can swing it. Make sure you use a fine mist sprayer. Make sure you have proper air exchange, meaning if you're not pumping Co2, constant air flow from another room, and a localized fan to move air in the room. Let your soil dry out completely before watering, then drench. Do these things, and you should see improvement.
