At greengiantseeds.com they claim it can yield up to 300g more than all the other on the short list

I wouldn't listen to such marketing. Regardless of what is on that list.

If you want to get some accurate m2 yields look for breeders who document their tests. Such as mandala for some strains or Mr. Nice or look for grow journals. I think nearly every breeder guesses their m2 yields in a SoG or just flat out makes up a number.
