so this clone is about 2 or 3 weeks old. i checked on her today and she is getting yellow and the area around her leaves are getting darker (brown). is the plant getting too much heat from the light and burning? ive move the light up just in case
 
(just a heads up the color tempature of the grow light has screwed up the image)

it looks like those plants are suffering from heat stress, yes. the leaves look like they aren't retaining a lot of water. they look kinda dry and crackly. when the edges fray upward like that it's an indication that they are starting to suffer from heat stress. taht may be from your ambient temperature or your light or, most likely, a combination of the two. so, what's the temperature at the highest new growth point? if you stick your hand in that area are you able to hold it there comfortably with the light in full force? you should be able to. if its too hot for your hand you know its too hot for the plant too.

Definitely some heat stress. Raise the lamps and increase your air circulation.
