Moth eggs outdoors

Every 2-3 days I have to check my pot plant in the bushes to get the caterpillas off to minimise damage halfway through flowering.
I've read all the other threads and tried numerous things but it seems my best bet is to pick them caterpillas off by hand and sight (40 in 2 weeks).
I'm reluctant to burn the plant with pyrethrium but have tried diluting it. They just hatch more eggs

What you have to be careful for isn't the caterpillars but what they leave behind. They shit as they eat their happy way threw the buds. The shit from the caterpillars is a very fast place for bud mold to start.

I go over my only plant once or twice a week inside, with a fine tooth and comb. Usually these some eggs and shiit to get but the main thing I found is, to get the caterpillas before they get BIG.
Everytime I check the plant there's always 2 or 3 little babies.

Thanks Acidic_Sloth, I had heard of BT before (it seems to be most common among growers) but I'm in Australia where SAFE Caterpilla Killer etc. is hard to find.
My plant will be fine, I just have to give it alot more regular attention.
For any of you rose lovers out there who know Pyrethrium kills: I'm using well shaken 1/2 water and half Pyrethrium (you could add citrus zest juice or garlic for flavour)....The trick is to use a spary bottle which has extremely fine mist - this minimises the damage to marijuana's paper thin leaves.
Of course (as with roses), Always spray the under side of leaves as well, Always allow 6 hours before and after spraying where the plant will be DRY, Always Spray the plant early in morning or late at night so as hot sun doesn't burn, and Always try to spray at a time where there's little or no wind.
