ok so i have been smoking for a realy long time and i want to grow my own plant so i dont have to keep buying it what are good conditions to grow in and how long untill it starts producing buds

Your question is EXTREMELY broad.
You should check here first, and do some reading before you start posting.
The answer to your final question is that once you plant seeds you can have smokable buds in as little as 3-4 months.

no plant you get will supply anyones smoking needs unless you buy all the top quality equipment before you do anything else , or you grow a lot of plants,
or both
