I wish I was high on kratom atm
But for real, I tried Malaysian strain, it wasn't that potent, I had only premium quality... And now I have the Indonesian strain, this one is really really awesome, it helps me focus, it is really sedative on high dosage (8-10g), Super quality, I'll try the thai one next time I buy more

Yeah I buy it from a website located in Québec, they have a shitload of choice for all kinds of plants, not only kratom, their prices are great also, but I can't really tell the name on this forum, if you want it just  me

I just bought 4 oz of Super MaengDa kratom, it is from Thaïland or Malaysia, I really prefer the super grade because it takes way less caps... 56$ for 4 oz, not such bad price.

I've never tride kratom before, but I'd like to someday. Not something I can really shell out money to try right now, it's hard enough to afford enough cannabis.
(if any kind growery would want to send me a pill, please me, I'd love it)
How would you describe it's effects, Dr. Siek?
I've heard it's like a light opiate with slightly stimulating effects as well as sedating.
Though I've also heard it's impossible to orgasm on it. 
Would it be dangerous to take with Adderall?
Does it synergize well with cannabis?

For the effects, heres what it does in my case, Kratom gives me a boost of energy shortly after taking (20-30 mins max after eating pills), a bit like an energy drink or coffee, but then once my body absorb more of the powder, the sedatives effects begins, thats on high doses (well for me), I mean like 7-8 grams of Super quality, 11-12 grams of premium maybe.
I feel much more lucid while on this, it enhance social skills, I want to talk to people, I really love to take kratom and just talk bout deep thang with my buds. It helps me with concentration, I have an attention deficit disorder, so weed also helps, but I really prefer kratom high to study or go to classes. It makes me think in a different way than when I haven't taken anythang. Helps me think clearer in a way.
I love the sedative effects, makes me so calm in class, usually my leg just shake like a drill machine, but on this, I am immobile, attentive and also really high. 
I heard it enhance the immunity system (immunostimulant), also apparently it is great for blood pressure.

i remember doing loads of kratom back in the day... I always felt very lonely.... lonely drug...
Sure its cozy but when half your love is non existant, you just do not really trip at all, I am no goood at reality .__.

I usually get Bali, because I know I like it and I know it works.
I have a really really awesome source, but they don't do paypal. Fuck I'm mad hungover I would love some kratom. It's good to do at work too, because I can still function.

lol 20 grams damn man... last time I did kratom was 10.5g for school, I was soooo damn high lol
With premium quality I got to 13g I think, and I definetly wasn't as high as I was on the 10.5 of super quality

ahaha.. The only way to be able to blend them together well is to shake it up in a closed container like a bottle... and then drink it before it settles. I use a thermal mug.
Trying to stir it together like that doesn't work, it just clumps like mud.

new alkaloids once again, thats gewd :> think ill mess around with some red strained thang and some maeng, eventually bali as that was the strain that got me the most stoned of all of em.

if u want to be a bit extra stoned the next day I say eat something
But id just try to ride the kratom wave, save the cash for some extra weed or something^^

The only time I got really fucked up on kratom, I was really dizzy just like when you are totaly drunk, I wouldn't have drive on that, but for a moderate dosage, I guess its as safe as weed imo. Never tried tho

I can certify this, I love grapefruits, last week I bought some and ate one before taking kratom, I hadn't thought bout it, headed to class on bike, which kinda made kratom work faster, I arrived in class, peaking soooo much, then I got uber relaxed, I kept the same position all class long without noticing it, my friend thought I was sleeping

It looks like a really awesome friend of mine is gonna be giving me 12 grams of kratom in a week or two! 
I am super excited.
He said to eat all 12 pills at once, I definitely trust him. 12 is a good starter dose right? It just seems like a lot swallowing 12 pills, but 12 grams seems like a beautiful place to start, not too much at all.
I just had a few questions I wanted to ask.
I usually take Adderall XR (prescribed 30mg each morning, it's just a normal thing for me now). Should I take a break from the adderall the day I take kratom?
Also, how high will I be from 12gs? Too high for school or chilling with the family, they all know I smoke weed, will it be any more noticeable to people?

I defninitely think you could take a brak from the adderall on that day and just enjoy the spiritual effects of kratom, its a beautiful leaf, 12g can get a bit weird to handle but your biggest problem would be a little nausia and the enhanced feeling of other peoples energies, though its a very mellowing drug, so I think you should just do it and enjoy your little noddy day

Well that depends Fractal, it depends on the quality of the kratom, check this out for the dosage

If it is premium quality (most common), its a correct dosage, not that strong, but not that weak neither, if it is Super Quality, well you'll be high as fawk

Well today I tried the orange juice technique with Maeng Da kratom, it really didn't taste that bad, I guess Indo strain just really taste like crap, with Maeng Da, no problem at all, drank the whole bottle in 3 shots, 10.5 grams, this kratom is quite potent to be honest, it hit me like a mutha fucka. Definetively a heavier high than Indo, not that the effects are more potent, but the buzz is really heavier on mind and body ...

Hmm, I have a 10g sample of the maeng da. I was going to wait until I got capsules to do any but maybe I will just try that
I actually have like 2 oz of kratom sitting here that I havent used. I tried making tea 2 times and just couldnt bring myself to swallow a bunch of powder.

A nod for me was when I was soo high on dope that I was literally falling asleep and not able to completely stay awake and focused so your head keeps fallin down and you catch yourself "in a nod," and wake back up, for another 45 seconds, then back...
At least I am not having cravings for dope

So I took 5 grams of the Thai strain... The initial rush was pronounced with euphoria. Kinda felt like I drank coffee and hit a cig. (some anxiety) This lasted about 2 hours until the stimulation died down into a mild sedative effect for a while after, relaxing... I'm feeling comfortable now.

gonna save a little from each strain and make a blend.
Feeling loose and tired. Very content and talkitive.

OJ method is only nice with kratom strains that don't taste too bad, I tried with INDO, and it was horrible, I almost puked it out ... The Maeng Da is way easier to drink in OJ, it doesn't taste bad at all!

I took an eighth of Maeng da the fourth day after the Thai dose and didn't feel a whole lot. Slight sedation. I have an eighth left of the strain gonna retry after a week break...
How much Maeng Da do you guys normally take without a tolerance?

Well the potency depends on the quality, my Maeng Da is Super quality, so I take bout 8 grams to get high, maybe 10-11g for a strong high. If your kratom is premium quality, I guess it can take up to 11-12 grams for a good high, 15 grams for a strong high.

I wont be doing any more kratom anyways. It just isnt doing shit for me. The only way it's effective for me is if I capsule it and take 10g
I think it's because ive used opiates for soo long and have also done poppy pods/seeds a number of times and they taste very similar so I think mentally I expect the same affects or something

I know the history of ktatom. But switching to another drug really isn't a good alternative. Crutches tend not to be a good way to quit a substance abuse problem unless strictly supervised by a GOOD doctor, not one of the methadone shilling hacks.
I'm a firm believer that if you really want to get clean, you have to stay off substances that mimic what you're trying to stay away from.

Theres a brand that im pretty sure is out of atlanta with a product called kratom OPM
Its three capsules in what looks like a spice packet
not too big, Id say 0 or 00, whichever of those was the smaller one
very light fluffy powder
by far the best kratom I have ever tried in my life, one capsule is enough to get a good buzz
retails around $20 a packet, IDK if you can get it online

capsules are the best way to go IMO, i just don't like the taste of the tea. However i enjoy drinking a kava tea in combination with kratom extract

Just smoked a bowl and drank quite a few grams of maeng da kratom in OJ...
By the way adderall and kratom is a good combo.

I was talking about the Maeng Da strain, but I'd gladly try it with some indo! Just send me some!
I love the effects of kratom though. At one point I was very high and it was very psychedelic, then just a feeling of warmth and comfort throughout my body and very relaxed feeling.
I never do opiates, the only times I have was when I prescribed them from the doctor, which has only happened once or twice.
I love kratom now.
Do you guys think menthol in menthol cigarettes potentates opiates at all? Menthol is a kappa opioid agonist.

Holy shit I thought this kratom dose wasn't too strong cause the strong high didn't last too long after I had breakfast, but it must have still needed to digest because all of a sudden right now at 4:40 I became SUPER high, I smoked a bowl shortly before hand.
That's pretty awesome. I'm very dizzy and a little nasueas.
I am about to eat a steak quesidila and frutista freeze hopefully that won't lessen the high at all.
I am feeeling nice.......

I think eating kinda slow down the effets, well thats how it works for me.
I usually take the kratom, with an empty stomach, head right to class, then after class (bout 3 hours later), I come back to my appartment and have a great meal... is there an expression for when you have the munchies and the eat like a pig? In french we call that trip-bouffe

Well The Malaysian Kratom felt very speedy with not much sedation till the end and not really any warmth or euphoria. The Maeng Da second supplement dose didn't boost it up much either.
So far I like Bali the most!

I went through a little experiemental period with kratom. I didn't have a scale, so I just dosed by the teaspoon. The first time was awesome; I took 1/2 Tbs of a Maeng Da/Red vein mix & felt like I'd eaten a few percs. I didn't expect it to be that much like an opiate. Alas that was the only time I got effects that good from it. After chasing that feeling a couple times (upping the dosage) only to get a buzz that wasn't as good (with the same batch) I excepted what I was getting. I found it to be quite enjoyable. Having a long history of opiate abuse, I haven't ordered any more. It's playing with fire for me, and I have no desire to repeat the past.

Honestly after goin through the samples I like the Bali the most, All the others are weaker and more uppity with not much euphoria in my experience. But the choice is yours.
I also may not have given enough time between some doses for tolerance to reset.

Took 7 grams of Green Veined Borneo earlier and it was surprisingly strong. Very sedating and euphoric but more clear headed and not as disorientating as Bali... (Even slight CEV)
I still feel really good and I took it 4 hours ago with Grapefruit juice. Also note this time I waited like a week or so after my last dose for tolerance to reset.
All out of Kratom now. Gotta get more soon, and some Kava too!

Fucking IMPRESSED.
Ordered 56g of Bali for $20 shipped (actually like $19). Got 60 grams, plus an 8 gram sample bag of Maeng Da.
Splitting this with my bro, and DEFINITELY using this vendor again if its good quality and we enjoy it. I ordered 1 week ago (using a money order) and even though there was a government holiday Monday, I still got it today. I'm extremely pleased with the communication and the packaging - lets hope its a quality product too!
I'ma drink 1/2 this maeng da in some grapefruit juice around 12 with my homie. Will report back on how I like it  Also how I like the Bali sometime next week.

OkOk so my body seems to reject redoses of opioids for some reason. My high had faded by the time I went to work so I drank another 3g and it made me pretty sick. I just fell asleep at work. The nausea sucked.
Maybe if I were sitting home alone it'd be good. I feel like its a great drug for a sleepy Sunday hangover.
It could also be because I didn't eat anything.
Anyway, I feel kinda floaty and fuzzy today. Not hungover, just kinda good. Hopefully it doesn't fuck up my drinking today.
All in all, pretty fun. Rather than redose I'm planning on just taking more at once. Grapefruit juice is definitely the way to go imo.

I made some kratom tea for the first time today, I took 10 grams of Maeng Da, put em in empty tea bag, I pourred it in boilling water for 15 minutes, added honey, drank it , it actually tasted good! Then I did another infusion with the same kratom, did the same thing, its been like 6 hours and I am still fucking high.

I've never taken Kratom before, but I'm a Jedi when it comes to opiates. I have no desire at all to be uncomfortable in any way (hence, my love for opiates), so I'm weary to take this Kratom shit because some of your reports are less than appealing. I was given some free Erawan Maeng Da Thai, and it's sitting right here in front of me. My question is this: is it really even worth taking? How much would I need to take? I'm not too keen on eating like 10 fuckin capsules or whatever it is these kratomheads are up to. Anyways, some insight into this strain would be awesome. Thanks guys!

yes its worth it imo. i enjoy the happy and carefree buzz.
10 cap? hell sometime i take up to 20 at once (4 handfuls of 5 caps.your done!)
Or you could drink tea.
Last night i made a tea of 10.5 grams of Borno and 2 grams of yerba mate. (with lotsa lemon juice)
had a blast

I drink Mate pretty regularly, does it have a positive effect in conjunction with the Kratom?
I'm waiting on a small amount of Kratom right now to see if I like it...my first experience was kind of meh.

The way i've been taking it is putting the scoop in my mouth, sipping some juice and swishing it (powder is so dry its almost like flour) and swallow. I actually kind of enjoy the earthy taste, reminds me of eating tea leaves or something.
Ahhhh....  this is a beautiful plant... Can't wait to try some other strains! But so far borneo red is a++++

Have you tried tea? It really works well, I add just a tiny bit chocolate syrup once I removed the tea bag, and it cover the whole taste, also you can reinfuse the bag 2-3 times I'd say

I tried tea, but it was so bitter I almost puked it, and I didn't get much effect...it seemed like I still needed to eat the leaf.
I really think capsules are the only way to go for me to be able to stomach this stuff. unfortunately I'll have to take like 18 of them because I bought the wrong size Lmao.

Well I took wrong size also ... for 9 grams gotta make 45 pills so fuck them... I'll keep them for shrooms. I like the tea cuz its easy to cover the taste, as I said, chocolate syrup (nestle) or honey cover it quite well.
Some people say its harder to get all the alkaloids active in tea, but it definetly gets you high like fuck!

Alright, so....said I have a lot to say about kratom, here goes.
I have recently fallen in love with kratom and have been using it semi-regularly for the past year or so. It is hands down my favorite psychoactive plant, right after cannabis.
Kratom melts away my social anxiety and depression, gives me a TON of physical and mental energy, keeps my mind focused and sharp, and depending on the strain/dose it can induce a lovely warm euphoria. Though I don't take the stuff solely for the purpose of getting high though, and honestly there really isn't much in that area anyways...It's my anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, caffeine replacement, pain killer, all around feel good & balanced all in one herb. It's my medicine, rather than taking several different pharmaceuticals this medicinal plant does the job of all of them. Much safer, for myself it is much more effective than ssri's or benzos, and cheaper. And the stuff makes my mind/thoughts/focus on point and very sharp, rather than making me feel doped up and slow like opiates would. Kratom is also chock full of anti-oxidants & beneficial compounds, more so than green tea.
Some of my favorite strains are Green Malay, Red Borneo (Bali), Red Thai, Maeng Da, & Sunda. I have tried a few extracts, such as the gold reserve, but I try to keep it to just plain leaf. I will sometimes add a pinch of extract to a small amount of leaf for enhancement and to stretch my supply of leaf, as it potentiates it quite well.
As far as my use/intake...Since I started using kratom about a year ago I've taken it daily for a period of 4 to 6 weeks, then I take a break for at least a week (or longer). My daily intake ranges from 4g to 8g a day. Lately I've been taking 3g before work, then 3g to 5g when I get home.
I can't quite put my finger on the tolerance when it comes to kratom. It's there, but at the same time here I am a year later and the effects are just as pronounced as they were the very first time I took it  . I have several explanations for that though....#1, as I previously mentioned I don't take the stuff just to catch a buzz, I take it as a medicine, so perhaps my minds "approach" to the stuff is different than someone just wanting to get lifted. #2, I don't increase my dosage, since day one I have always taken more or less the same amount every day (same thing I've done with cannabis, been smoking for 5+ years and 0.05g of weed will still get me all sorts of stoned). #3, I do take other medicinal herbs daily such as milk thistle, ginkgo biloba, cat's claw, etc...and those no doubt have some synergy and some enzyme inhibition which potentiates kratom.
When I do take breaks, it's really not that hard to give up. Quitting coffee was much harder for me. I do experience mild withdrawal symptoms, I suppose, for about 24 to 48 hours. Such as feeling sleepy and lethargic during the day, maybe a headache, and some irritability . Nothing that some yerba mate and cannabis can't make go away .
There is quite a bit going on with kratom as far as alkaloids & the range of activity they have. What's interesting is the two most prevalent alkaloids ( 7-hydroxymitragynine and mitragynine) are structurally similar to tryptamines, but they act as opioid receptor agonists.
Here is the list of alkaloids & their activity/effects found in kratom....
Ajmalicine (Raubasine): Cerebrocirculant, antiaggregant, anti-adrenergic (at alpha-1), sedative, anticonvulsant, smooth muscle relaxer. Also found in Rauwolfia serpentina.
Akuammigine
Ciliaphylline: antitussive, analgesic. < 1% of total alkaloid content found in Kratom leaf.
Corynantheidine: μ -opioid antagonist, also found in Yohimbe. < 1% of total alkaloid content found in Kratom leaf.
Corynoxeine: Calcium channel blocker. < 1% of total alkaloid content found in Kratom leaf.
Corynoxine A and B: Dopamine mediating anti-locomotives. < 1% of total alkaloid content found in Kratom leaf.
Epicatechin: Antioxidant, antiaggregant, antibacterial, antidiabetic,
antihepatitic, anti-inflammatory, anti-leukemic, antimutagenic, antiperoxidant,
antiviral, potential cancer preventative, alpha-amylase inhibitor. Also found in dark chocolate.
9-Hydroxycorynantheidine: Partial opioid agonist
7-hydroxymitragynine: Analgesic, antitussive, antidiarrheal; primary
psychoactive in Kratom, Roughly 2% of total alkaloid content found in Kratom leaf.
Isomitraphylline: Immunostimulant, anti-leukemic. < 1% of total alkaloid content found in Kratom leaf.
Isomitrafoline: < 1% of total alkaloid content found in Kratom leaf.
Isopteropodine: Immunostimulant
Isorhynchophylline: Immunostimulant. < 1% of total alkaloid content found in Kratom leaf.
Isospeciofoline: < 1% of total alkaloid content found in Kratom leaf.
Mitraciliatine: < 1% of total alkaloid content found in Kratom leaf.
Mitragynine: Indole alkaloid. Analgesic, antitussive, antidiarrheal, adrenergic, antimalarial,
possible psychedelic (5-HT2A) antagonist. Roughly 66% of total alkaloid content found in Kratom leaf. 
Mitragynine oxindole B. < 1% of total alkaloid content found in Kratom leaf.
Mitrafoline: < 1% of total alkaloid content found in Kratom leaf.
Mitraphylline: Oxindole alkaloid. Vasodilator, antihypertensive, muscle relaxer, diuretic, antiamnesic, anti-leukemic, possible immunostimulant. <1% of total alkaloid contents in Kratom leaf.
Mitraversine
Paynantheine: Indole alkaloid. Smooth muscle relaxer. 8.6% to 9% of total alkaloid contents in Kratom leaf.
Rhynchophylline: Vasodilator, antihypertensive, calcium channel blocker,
antiaggregant, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, anti-arrhythmic, antithelmintic. < 1% of total alkaloid content found in Kratom leaf.
Speciociliatine: Weak opioid agonist. 0.8% to 1% of total alkaloid content of Kratom leaf, unique to Kratom.
Speciofoline
Speciogynine: Smooth muscle relaxer. 6.6% to 7% of total alkaloid contents of Kratom leaf.
Speciophylline: Indole alkaloid. Anti-leukemic. <1% of total alkaloid contents of Kratom leaf.
Stipulatine
Tetrahydroalstonine: Hypoglycemic, anti-adrenergic (at alpha-2)
Some things that are known to or that I've found to synergize well with and/or potentiate kratom....If you are looking for more stimulation, Yerba Mate goes very well with it....Milk thistle, turmeric, ginkgo bilba, ginseng, cat's claw (actually has some of the same alkaloids as kratom), kanna, calamus, kava, Nigella Sativa (Black Seed, aka black cumin), passion flower, and cannabis of course all synergize well.
I'm sure most of you know, but kratom has been receiving a slew of bad media attention/propaganda. I have no doubt big pharma is behind most of it, particularly those that are involved with buprenorphine (suboxone). The fact that it is sold in head shops isn't helping, blatantly being sold as something to get high off of, even being sold in capsules for human consumption. Sure, it's obvious that we eat the stuff, but it being sold for human consumption isn't helping the situation at all. Think about other things that have been in head shops in the past, that got a bunch of media attention, then banned shortly after. As of lately quite a few shipments coming in from out of the US have been held or seized by customs, which is bull shit since it is still completely legal...people have been receiving letters like this instead of their kratom>>>>
Wouldn't be surprised if the stuff is illegal in the coming years. It's a shame because it is a terrific leaf, some real medicine that helps many people. From those that use it to wing off or abstain from opiate use, to those that use it as an alternative to pharmaceutical opiates that need to dull pain, to those that use it for energy/stimulation/anti-depressant/etc....and even those that just want to catch a buzz & chill out with...it's incredibly benign. Not not to mention the health benefits, anti-tumor, anti-carcinogenic, anti-oxidant, immune system boosting properties.
Anyway, I think that's all I have to say at the moment  .

Yeah I'm really hoping this doesn't blow up into something that gets widespread media attention... that'll be the end of it.
Currently quite relaxed with some Borneo Red and Maengda mixed really cool synergy.
I agree that it's a beautiful plant, and all of the alkaloids and substances present in the leaf makes the idea of it so wonderful. It's such a friendly plant.
I have had 3 surgeries on my elbow, and it has a reconstructed joint, and the pains coming from it have been excruciating lately. Kratom makes the pain manageable, psychologically. And physically manageable. Usually, when I feel pain, my mind makes it SO much worse. Kratom helps me think around that, and the pain feels much lessened. It's great.
My tolerance seems to build up really quick so I generally only use once every 3 days... unfortunately. I'm going to look into suppliments for flavenoids (?) It escapes me at the moment, but basically it's a suppliment form of the parts of the grapefruit that help to potentiate opiates.

hmmm...mild effects, nothing to write home about.
I steeped 8 grams in hot water for 5 minutes, drank it, re-steeped, drank it, re-steeped, drank it.
I've got a VEEERRRY light head buzz and that's it.
Thoughts or recommendations on how to potentiate?

Okay, well for the sake of not wasting my kratom, I just pulled all of the slurry out of my french press and ate it.
Not pleasant, but maybe some stronger effects.
I thought that the tea was how Gaskelort did it, and he reports great effects.

kratom is a pretty mild high. mood life, euphoria, happy all around.... its not like oxys
but 9-10 grams in capsules of borno does get me high as shit. i feel nauseated if i move around too much

I usually have to do bigger doses than "normal" of any drug I try. Just genetics I guess.
I'll hit 10 grams in a couple days and see how that treats me.

I have a plant i bought off ebay a long time ago when no one knew what kratom was, about a month ago i chewed and sucked 7 fresh leaves, half an hour later i was totally wasted and nodding (not in a good way) like i had smoked a ball of Opi, never even looked it the thing again cause it was way too strong. I had been feeding it a and b grow and rhyzotonic dunno if that has anything to do with potency

Ate a whole grapefruit and took 25mg DPH, ate about 5 grams of Borneo Red. Waiting for it to kick in, so far getting some decent euphoria
Borneo Red Vein is definitely my favourite by far, none of the other strains I've tried from my sampler have given me the same pleasantness-- been much more stimmy. Which is still great, I can't drink coffee, it makes me REALLY anxious and jittery. Kratom gives me the stimulated energy but without any anxiety or jitters I love it.
It seems like my tolerance builds up really fast though, unfortunately. Maybe I'll make a habit of eating more grapefruits ~
EDIT: Its kicked in~~~ lovely euphoria. Quite a bit of nausea though :/ I smoked a bowl, which I hadn't tried on kratom yet (because i had no weed) but it feels amazing... My body feels sooooooooooooooo good right now, a warm and orgasmic, especially in my chest. mmmmmmm
I am definitely ordering more borneo red 
EDIT: Wow my hands are SO fucking shakey :S I haven't smoked for quite awhile so it's likely the weed plus prolly the amplified stimmy properties from the kratom

I talked with PositiveOutlook yesterday and he told me to add lemon juice to the infusing kratom tea, it apparently activate more alkaloids, I tried it yesterday with my third infusion and felt it quite much, trying it today for the first infusion, gonna let you know how it goes!

Maengda and 25:1 extract and a little Kratom Golden on the top (i kind of make little kratom sundaes in my teaspoon and then down it all..)
Euphoric and stimmy, but still super relaxed just mental stimulation. Smoked a bowl too, it's definitely a new must for me whenever I have kratom  they synergize so well 8) listening to shpongle with this combo is godly.

Heres my first bad experience with kratom
16:00 - I started my shift, had only 1 reservation to arrive so it would certainly be a quiet shift just like every sundays.
17:00 - I took the kratom (10.5 grams of Maeng Da red vein in capsules)after the maids and all the other employee left the building.
17:45 - Feeling a bit euphoric, fingers starting to feel numb, which I always enjoyed.
18:00 - I didn't have any clients yet, so I decided to smoke a joint, felt super high, really good!
19:00 - I was hungry, ate some ham with pineapples, then 2 oranges and a banana.
20:00 - The marijuana buzz is ending, starting to feel nauseous, a bit of a headache, feeling sick.
20:30 - Felt super sick, ran to the employees room and puked in the bathroom, cleaned up and went back to front-desk ... There was a couple waiting for me to get a room, my hands were shaking I was still feeling a bit sick, I probably smelt the vomit also...
21:00 - Was still feeling sick, decided to roll another joint because my only reservation had arrived, I smoked it and I am feeling better now.

I've got to buy some capsules b/c I dread getting this shit down the hatch. 
Feelin' good now though, spacey, warm, and heavy like I just woke up from a good night's sleep.

I had a brutally weird hangover today...
Woke up feeling drugged and spinning, kept feeling like I was gonna throw up (like when you've had too much APAP from pharmaceuticals). I'm still feeling a bit off.
The wifey feels the same way, but didn't do any of the weird shit I consumed last night, so maybe it was just a bug.

I just ordered a one ounce sample of Premium Bali Powder from a Shroomery sponsor because it is cheap and close and I will use that as long as the quality is good!
Also ordered a QP from usual place just to hold over till I test the sample...
Everybody loves Kratom! All my friends are happy to find another great plant to add to the mix and I gave some to my mom and my friends dad because they take tabs for back pain and they love it so much they want to get a bunch and stop eating the pills!
I have also been looking more into growing Kratom but there doesn't seems to be a ton of info on that subject on the web.

I buy bags of 1000 (veggie) caps on ebay too.
its soooo much easier dosing with capsules... half a gram each capsule... i pop 5 at a time... 3 or 4 times... done. I get really itchy and euphoric off 15-20 caps
You will never go back to toss and wash.... i guarantee it

They're easy to take care of. I have a 130 watt fluorescent light grow light shining on my plant which is in an office. There are also various seedlings of other ethnobotanicals growing around it.
They are heavy feeders so I fertilise my plant regularly. With regards to humidity, I live in a Mediterranean climate but it grows really well without any humidity chambers etc. It came from a tropical place but it is acclimatised to where I live. My B. Caapi vines also do really well too. The only ethnobotanical I've had humidity problems with is psychotria viridis which I need to keep in a humidity dome otherwise the leaves curl and go brown. My psychotria cathanagensis don't need that though. Someone local told me he grows his salvia outside here without any problems.
I haven't tried my kratom yet so I can't comment on potency etc. It's a Rifat strain though. It almost died when I went on holiday because someone put it outside and some scale insects got on it and they started hurting it badly. It only had a few leaves by the time I got back. However, it bounced back really well once I gave it some TLC and it's grown so fast that I've had to take some cuttings because it's outgrowing the corner that it occupies.
I was pretty stoked about the first cutting I made. I had read stories about poor strike rates etc but my first one has a bunch of roots growing. I made another two last night which I hope have the same success.
You should totally try growing them yourself. I wish I could get my hands on more strains easily.

I was told the older the kratom "tree" ... the more potent.

I've only tried Bali kratom. It was definitely a nice high, but I'm wondering what strains people have been leaning towards as being the strongest so far in this thread. I'll probably end up getting a few ounces in the near future.

Well, from what I've read from doing a brief search the Rifat strain is good. I'd grow all kinds if I could get my hands on them.

I still want to get a salvia divinorum plant. I got one once but it died from stress. It got sent through the post from a humid environment and arrived in the middle of a heatwave in a not so humid environment. The poor girl died :'(

Nah, no refund. I didn't buy it from a business but the trader is very good. I got a lot of my ethnos from the person, including the kratom. The catha edulis seeds I got had 100% germination rate.
I'm not surprised that the salvia didn't make it through the post. Savlia is known for being a bit sensitive and on top of that it was in the post for a few days and then went from being in a nice humid climate to arriving in the middle of a dry heatwave. I might've been able to save the girl if she was inside but who knows. I didn't hold it against the seller though, especially given the history.

Well I just dosed a new combo:
Kratom + mushrooms
8gms of red vien kratom + 1.5 gms of magic mushrooms
i have no idea how they will go together.... lets hope its a good combo

So far I've tried Bali Indo and Maeng Da and MD was by far the strongest.
I usually dose around 7-12g most of the time 10g.

I decided to try to take some cuttings of mine. I was worried because I had seen so many posts about how difficult they can be to propagate but my first cutting has been successful and I made a few more which are growing roots now too. YEAH, BOY-EE!

I'm so glad i'm a tiny guy. 5g borneo red and it feels like my percosets did when I was perscribed em during the summer plus some good weed, I am in absolute heaven. Makes me feel really motivated and positive and my stressful homework has become easy.

Floating on 13g Sumatran green vein.
Mixed it up in grapefruit juice. Was pretty nasty, the applesauce tek was a lot better.
2nd time trying this stuff, its hitting me a lot harder.

Nah I just used it as it was the only juice for mix I had.

I do find that if I overdo the Kratom, a bowl helps with the nausea though.
Sounds like your gut wasn't having any part of that 13 g dose.

Shit...Depending on the strain, for that price I can get about 2 kilos. Very good quality, fresh, potent, and milled into a fine powder.
Though I don't ever buy amounts that large, I usually get a bit over 1/4 pound about once a month. I should invest in a large amount of two strains just to sit on, for if/when this stuff becomes illegal.
I'm about to get down on 5g of a Thai/Malay blend, with a pinch of dark extract added. Magnesium, ginkgo biloba, milk thistle, and some mucuna pruriens for enhancement.
I should be getting a smorgasbord of medicinal herbs & goodies tomorrow. I'm looking forward to combining kratom with a few of them to see how they synergize & potentiate, such as Bacopa monnieri.

Picked up some KRATOM BHO WAX in edmonton. he said 1-2 dabs on a dome and u will be floored. so i bought a 2 gm vile....

Try taking 8-10 grams Kratom plus 30mg adderall XR. Came up smokinng weed from an apple with these dudes i met on a park. Felt like I was tripping and I was going to have a heart attack from overstimulation, then it got real relaxing. Some of the most beautiful grass and trees I'd ever seen, like in a painting.

How long does the leaf stay potent for? I've got some saved dry leaf in a bag but I've never touched it. The powder is made from leaves I cut off from the mother plant when I was making cuttings etc.

I've had powder a few months old stored correctly with little loss in potency.

Thanks. I think I'll just throw out what I've collected and collect some freshly harvested stuff. I've got kratom plants coming out of my ears. I need to do some trades or something and expand my ethno collection.

I'd trade but I'm in Australia and you're in the US. It'd probably be easier, cheaper and safer if you ordered from a forum member or business within the US
