 Info about the NJ MMJ law?

So I'm definitely psyched about the medical marijuana law being enacted in NJ, since I live here and my girlfriend has chronic pain, so this will help her out a lot. The questions I had were two fold:
1.) Does anyone know how one would go about finding a doctor who would prescribe it to her? Should she just ask and if the answer's no, keep looking, or is there a way to find pro-medical mj doctors easily?
2.) I love botany and plant cultivation in general, so I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find info about possibly starting or working at a future dispensary in this state?
Also, any general info you can point me to about the state's law and how/when it will be implemented would be much obliged.
