Sent them over $80 waaaaay before Christmas. Havent got shit. PLUS their customer support is non existent, even after mailing them like 20 times.

That's unfortunate. Sorry to hear that.
I have placed 3 different orders through seed boutique. The last order was placed a few days before Christmas, all were received within 7 to 10 days. I would find a safe way to order with a card.
That sucks though man. Just shit luck I guess.
May you yield copious amounts of cannabis on your next grow.

Was that for your mental floss seeds? Either way man sorry to hear about your seeds not arriving. I have also made a purchase throught them. Seen my seeds about 2 weeks after transaction was complete. Maybe try Dr. Chronic next time I hear they send seeds in dvd and cd cases. Any way sorry to hear about the loss and I hope the next order goes through for you.

I ordered from them a couple weeks ago and recieved my order in 7 days. Get a gift card credit card and order that way, then you have proof that you have sent money.
  
I wouldnt say not to order from them  did you send them actual money? Or a check? Cuz if you sent them money, some postal people like to rip people off.

Yeah, gotta say this is the first time i heard bad reports about seed boutique!
It is possible that since cannabis seeds are still illegal here in the states that the post office ended up snagging them? Usually you would receive a letter stating that your package was confiscated at customs. But then again maybe they got lost in the mail being it was over the holidays? Good question too is, did you send cash or check or a credit card purchase? Checks can take quite some time to clear most times and specially over seas. I think checks are held for upto 30 days for them to clear.
Sorry to hear your having a hard time with this!!
81renaissance seems to have alot of experience with them maybe he could point you in the right direction to clear this up.

Right you are SpaceMonkey.
I've made literally dozens of orders from SeedBoutique, and I've had a 1-2 week turnaround on all of them with 100% successful delivery.
There are a few things you can try: I have had lots of luck with their support tickets on the SeedBoutique site; also check out the Seedbay threads at ICMag, and (if you're a member) PM GypsyNirvana as he owns ICMag, the Bay and the Boutique. You may also be able to see if this was an issue they were having around the holidays if other members were having the same issue.
Finally, how did you pay? If it was by money order, and you saved the receipt (always smart) you can see if its been cashed or not. If not, chances are your order was never received...if it was cash...well you're probably out of luck.

Good luck getting your gear LH. what strain(s) did you order? I wish I could ask my parents for a gift certificate to the bay/bou.
You know, i sent seedbay $100 for some lifesaver beans on 12/21/09. They still haven't received the MO. SO a couple weeks ago I sent them $620 for an order and they haven't received it either. It's starting to freak me out a bit. i want my god damn beans. I'll pm gypsy in a while.

i wish that was all i spent.  well not really. but i never had a problem in the 3 or 4 prior orders. the one with bou i paid with a cc and it got here real quick.

That is a little disconcerting. I've got a seedbay auction pending and all they want to accept for it is cash. I don't really want to FedEx payment due to the paper trail, but at the same time I don't want to risk my cash getting snatched in the mail.

I like seed boutique and they have always served me right but I will say this. I have met Gypsy and he is one of the shadiest people I have ever met in my life.

I have PMed him via ICMag as well as sending another email or 2 from the direct website.
NO response. This fucking bites. I should have spent the $70 on a bag of shwag and I would have been set for seeds.

really? i sent 3 emails to the support team at seedbay and got three responses, all within 24 hours of me sending them. i know that's not the boutique, but i would presume they'd have better cust service at the bou. I also just sent of another $420 to them today, but paid an extra $44 for lickity quick shipping. we'll see. i just want my fucking seeds. so i can relate to what you're going through. that's crazy you haven't gotten anything using the CC too. addresses and everything was correct? I paid mine with a MO so i can still get a refund if they haven't been cashed.

I've always received orders from seed boutique and always used a cc and have always received the package in like 7 days from order. Now anytime that ive needed to contact them I never heard back from them. This year I switched to attitude and I'm probably not going back to boutique anymore. Customer service is a shit load better, shipping options are a lot better and the freebies are way way better. This way I'll never have to see one of those god damn packs of thai haze x skunk anymore.
