Hey I don't mean to be a asshole here but that looks like a piss poor copy of a ez cloner. What is the foam stuff in the holes is that what holds the cuttings cause that looks like it would be a pain in the ass to wrap that around each cutting and sticking the cutting threw the foam would wipe off the cutting gel.
Now you haven't done any testing either cause you say gel makes no difference in a aerocloner but since it works the same way as a ez cloner the results would be the same and I did do the test.

Now granted the ez cloner is costly more then it should be but at least it's made of molded plastic and not a rubbermade. When ya look at it you know you can't just go to any hardware store and get every part for it. The bar codes were still on the PVC parts in the pics making it look like you run to the hardware store when a order comes in.
Last you know what the people around here grow and if the ez cloner can root cuttings in 3 days. I want some strain names cause I've never seen anything that resembles a cannabis plant root in 3 days. Might wanna make that clear around here.
What I'm saying is I look at the ez cloner and think what a rip I can make that at home for way less. When I think of what the average person is gonna make when they get home and it looks exactly like your machine.

I can make way better for a fraction of the price! I'm with Magash, and that foam stuff does look janky, it looks like you are trying to capitalize off of something you found on a DIY write up found on one of the forums.

I'm no laywer but I would think he would be ok, seeing as how he just combined the words of two techniques. Aeroponics and cloning. If he used the term aerogarden and there's already a company with the copywrite on that name then yes, i could see a lawsuit. But I think he'd probably be ok with using those generalized terms. I guess it just depends on whether or not he's infringed on someone elses copywrite. Correct me if i am wrong. just an inclination of mine.

Besides your AeroCloner, you only sell perlite, vermiculture, and peat pellets. And your prices are about the same with my local Lowe's; their 8-qt perlite is $2 cheaper than your 9-qt.
Plus, your AeroCloner is incredibly easy to make for about 1/8 the price you sell them for.
